FIELD LOGBOOKS

Selected field records. Open an entry to examine observation notes and anomalies.

ARCHIVE NOTICE: Source material remains unverified. All measurements are part of a speculative research scenario.

Unscheduled narrowband trace

03:17 local. A narrow trace was recorded in the simulated listening channel. No correlation with catalogued atmospheric effects was established within the observation dataset.

Observation — Pattern present for 41 seconds; bearing remained indeterminate.

Field remark — The station operator requested a second kettle before any conclusions were drawn.

DISPOSITION: UNRESOLVED / NO ACTION

EZ–LOG–0043 / 2026-10-11 / AP-02
Silence window / sector west

During a simulated 12-minute observation period, recorded background noise fell below the modelled baseline.

Observation — No equipment fault reported in the imaginary diagnostic sheet.

Field remark — The absence of evidence was entered as evidence of absence of sound, and nothing further.

DISPOSITION: WATCHLIST / ROUTINE

EZ–LOG–0044 / 2026-10-18 / AP-00
Repeated pattern / unknown origin

A series of repeating short pulses appeared on two virtual receivers at differing offsets. A local source could not be excluded.

Observation — Triangulation insufficient for a credible position estimate.

Field remark — The label “possibly interesting” was rejected as methodologically unsound but retained in the margin.

Mobile antenna inspection

A fictional mobile team completed a visual inspection of the remote relay path before nightfall. A rugged vehicle with an unusually elaborate project marking was noted in the field inventory.

Field remark — “The vehicle looks more confidential than the measurements.”
